Save Ralphs Bay Inc. guarantees satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return purchase items to us within two weeks of receipt of the items.
Please return items by post with sufficient postage and in the same packaging. Returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped. All returns must be covered by insurance, and include the original receipt.
