Clarence Council moves on Lauderdale sewerage plant

written by:SRB Inc.

The Clarence City Council has accepted a tender for the design and management of a major sewerage project for the Lauderdale township.

The first stage will be gravity sewerage reticulation which will service around 200 properties centred on the school and commercial area and includes the construction of a council-funded major sewerage pump station and rising main to the Rokeby Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Clarence Mayor, Alderman Jock Campbell, said the design for the council-funded expansion of sewerage reticulation infrastructure will be of a size and scope to eventually service the whole township.
